Straight up is the name of his showcase currently going on now at Openhouse Gallery. It started on August 10th and will be on display until August 22nd. Hours for the showcase go from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Neilson taps into negative space in urban landscapes and does exactly what his exhibit’s name says, he shoots it from a straight up perspective. You’ll see shots from Manhattan, Seattle, Portland, San Francisco and Jackson Hole.
According to his website, the idea was born in New York City and is soon to be taken to Europe and other parts of the world. There is also a new image posted everyday on his site.
