Thrillist.com released the top 10 best burritos across the U.S. via USA Today and East Village’s own Dos Toros Taqueria made the list.
It’s a pretty damn good burrito. The chicken burrito I had was fresh and all the ingredients were evenly laid out in the burrito.
The guacamole was really tasty, better than Chipotle for sure. Dos Toros Taqueria’s chicken didn’t have the burnt grill taste either.
They also don’t overdue it with rice, though you’ll be full by the time the burrito is done, you’ll be full from meat (or beans if that’s what you like) and fresh guac.
It costs around the same as a Chipotle burrito but you’ll have a better burrito and a better experience at the Dos Toros Taqueria establishment.
I’ll definitely be going back to Dos Toros, sorry Chipotle, it’s not me, it’s you.
